Where do I meet my driver?

Once you claim your luggage, your driver will be waiting for you in full view, with a tablet with your name on it.

If there is a delay in my flight, what should I do?

If there is any type of delay in your flight, you should send a whatsapp message to + 34 635090757 or to your assigned driver.

What if I have problems with my luggage and am I late for departure?

If you have any problem with your luggage, you just have to let us know by sending a whatsapp to the company number + 34 635090757.

How long will the driver wait for me?

The driver will wait for one hour. If there is any delay, or you see that you will take longer than expected, please send a whatsapp to the company number + 34 635090757.

What if I don’t find the driver?

If you do not see the driver at the exit, please call + 34 635 090 757 or the assigned driver.

Is there a meeting point at the airport?

Yes, depending on which terminal you land at, there will be one meeting point or another:

Terminal 1: Barcelona Football Club store.

Do you have child seats?

Yes, at CTS we have approved child seats for babies and children from 0 to 6 years of age

Can I bring pets in the car?

Yes, depending on the size and the animal, please request it in advance.

Is there a night timetable and night surcharge?

Yes, the night timetable of our services is from 21:00 PM to 07:00 AM and the surcharge is €15.

How long is the drive from the airport to the city centre?

Normal time 25 minutes. At rush hour (07:00 to 09:00 and 18:00 to 20:00, approximately 45 minutes.

Do the cars have air-conditioning?

Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with air-conditioning and heating.

Do the cars have WiFi?

Yes, all our vehicles have WiFi in case you need to connect.

Are there bottles of water in the car?

On request, bottles of water may be available in the vehicle.
